1/18/2006 - Manufacturing -- Our Future: MMA launches license plate in support of Mississippi manufacturing
Support manufacturing in Mississippi with the new “Manufacturing -- Our Future” license plate. When you purchase the new Manufacturing license plate for your vehicle at a cost of $31 above your regular car tag cost, $24 will be placed in the Mississippi Manufacturers Association Mission Member Fund. This fund is used by MMA for activities and events that support manufacturing in the state. This special license plate, approved by the state Legislature in 2005, will become available once 200 pre-orders have been sold. To pre-order a Manufacturing license plate for your personal vehicle or for company fleet vehicles, download the order form below and mail it to MMA along with your payment of $31 for each tag ordered. You must complete a separate order form for each tag requested. You will receive your Manufacturing license plate directly from your county tax office.
